A) Our lead time would be dependent on the requirements for your project. Material availability, special tooling and capacity requirements are also contributing factors. We make every effort to give an realistic lead time at the time of quote.
Q) Do you perform all work on-site?
A) The machining, fabricating and assembly portion of a production is performed at our home facility outside of East Aurora, NY. Ceramic molding is done at our partner Allied Tech Supply, located in Alpharetta, GA
Q) Do you perform special processes on-site?
A) We have a group of trusted vendors that perform a variety of special processes for us at their facilities. We can also work with a vendor of your choice if necessary. Please contact email@example.com with your specific needs.
Q) Do you source material or can I supply the material?
A) Our partnerships with our supply chain allows us to meet many of our customers' material requirements. We maintain traceability throughout our process and can provide material certs and documentation if required. We also have secured process for accepting customer supplied material.

Q) What type of files can you accept?
A) We prefer to receive prints in .pdf format and solid models in .x_t format. We can accept many other formats including .dxf, .dwg and .stp. Please contact email@example.com if you have any questions.
